BUYER SERVICES
I help buyers across North Inland San Diego understand neighborhoods, pricing, timing, and tradeoffs so they can make confident decisions.
Buying a home is not just about finding a property. It is about making the right decision at the right time with the right information.
SELLER SERVICES
I help homeowners understand their home’s value, market positioning, and timing so they can make informed decisions about selling.
My focus is on preparation, strategy, and negotiation so you can maximize your outcome with clarity and confidence.
I’m Mary Siapno, a San Diego REALTOR® and real estate strategist with The Barron Team at Real Broker. I help buyers and sellers across North Inland San Diego think through their next move, including Rancho Peñasquitos, Carmel Mountain Ranch, Rancho Bernardo, 4S Ranch, Del Sur, Scripps Ranch, Poway and Carmel Valley.
A home decision often connects several moving parts: timing, finances, family needs and what comes next. My background in real estate, mortgage and operations helps me look at those pieces together. At a San Diego real estate investment firm, my work grew into the Director of Operations role. Today, I bring that experience to preparation, pricing, negotiation and coordinating the details of a purchase or sale.
You work directly with me, supported by The Barron Team’s marketing resources, transaction coordination and professional network. As of October 2026, the team reports closing more than 250 homes annually. The team’s profiles display a 5.0 rating from more than 690 team reviews on Zillow and more than 125 reviews on Google.
Rancho Peñasquitos is home for my husband and me. I’m a mother of three, enjoying our pseudo empty-nest chapter and finding new ways to connect with the community around us. Through North Inland Insider and Bring the Neighborhood Back, I share local knowledge, support local businesses and help neighbors build relationships. Welcome gatherings create new connections; farewell gatherings honor the people and memories that make leaving meaningful.
I also serve as Vice President of the Rancho Peñasquitos Town Council and Co-Chair of the Rancho Peñasquitos Fire Safe Council. These are volunteer roles, separate from my real estate business; neither organization endorses it.
I’m honored to be a 2026 San Diego Business Journal Women of Influence in Real Estate honoree and a finalist for the Female Community Builder Award at the 2026 San Diego Real Producers Awards.
Whether you’re ready to move or beginning to explore your options, let’s talk through timing, pricing and what matters most to you.
